Columbus Dispatch moves to Presteligence for e-tearsheets and e-invoices

Presteligence, an industry-leading software developer and innovator, announces a service agreement with Columbus Dispatch for Adinfinitum, a hosted electronic tearsheet and invoice delivery system. Owned by GateHouse Media, The Dispatch will move from Shoom to Presteligence for their advertising service portal as well and will use for their invoice delivery.
Advertising clients of The Dispatch and its weekly papers will receive email notifications the same day their ads are published in the newspaper and when their monthly invoices are available. Clients can pay their bill through the platform.
Presteligence is the leader in the electronic delivery of invoices and tearsheets to newspaper clients. Serving millions of tearsheets and invoices across more than 700 publications, newspapers are taking advantage of the cost savings it can provide. Online payments and automated affidavits have also become ancillary offerings for many customers.
The Dispatch will launch this service with clients in August. Other GateHouse Media markets in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Louisiana, and Alabama also use Adinfinitum for their e-tearsheet and invoice delivery.
